    I am not sure if anyone has done a qualitative analysis or published results ranking registrars. Also you need to specify - which registry are you talking about. If you need to know the ranking of Indian Domain Registrars - you may visit registry.in to get details of registrars and ranking based on Sales. I am not sure if ICANN maintains a similar list for it's accredited registrars ...

    Offshore.. umm well why would u want offshore.. well in India there is a company called SIFY which registers domain try that

    but it's my opignion, I have no statistics
