    i think its google because it was the first who came out with a better search algorithm. others are good but no one knows them. most search engines tie up with google and show same results as google

    That's true...However, in the case of DogPile, I used to use it when it originally started out as a true search engine in the late '90's. It actually was one of Google's competitors back then. It switched to a meta when it was clear they weren't going to keep pace with Google.
