As other have said, it really depends on the end users. And that is who you would want to sell you domain to for the best buck- business owners. Most wouldn't really know much about PR, existing traffic, backlinks. They are interested in the name and how it fits with their business and how they can brand it. That's not to say you can't sell it to resellers and website developers and owners. But these people would look at other things like keywords, PR, etc, pretty much anything that will help with SEO and web traffic. Having a .com also helps.
