Well when I think of "purchase" I believe it to be something you paid cash for on the spot and not something you go into debt for. That being said.. the most expensive thing would be a new car for me.
College education, by far the most expensive thing I have ever purchased. Still paying it off. Next expensive thing was a car, which was $2,000. That's the most I've ever paid for a car and I've had 4 of them.
A semester's worth of education. Parent's were in a financial crisis back in the day, and I had just returned to the US on a month-long media and journalism scholarship. Tuition on a public university per semester is $250 (which is already huge in where I'm from. And I brought home about $300 extra allowance (thanks, Murica) and used it to pay the school fees. Money well spent, I guess.
Currently thinking about getting myself the Galaxy S6 simfree (MN Catherine). A complete waste of money as I already have a phone, but I want a new shiny one! Anyone got one? Other than that my old 2 seater sports car (second hand Toyota MR2) which I had until it was costing too much to run. And don't talk about education debts..never gonna pay those off!
A pair of Nike IDs Lebrons... LOL. and a Samsung Galaxy 3, both for the son. I've bought some used cars - but who hasnt. lol The shoes were stolen and traded for some heroin, and the phone was dropped and got a cracked screen before it was even three days old. DAAAANNNNGGG.
Definitely my home, especially living in Cali. The houses are expensive here always, even in bad economic times...
my dream house brought it last year.and by next year i'm planning to buy my dream car too..i hope so i can but it by next year.
There's absolutely no way I would pay so much for a phone, regardless of how rich I am. In my opinion, a phone is simply for making and receiving calls. Period. I'd wager that most people in my age group and over feel the same. But I could be wrong. "But an iPhone 6 is so much more than a phone!" you may say. To which I would reply, "Whatever. If I want to surf the internet I'll use my desktop or laptop. Their screens are so much bigger!"
I bought a house, and was saving to buy a car. I can not apply for credit because in my place, work through the internet does not have clear regulations
