    excluding my house and car, it would have to be my mountain bike. With all the specs and parts I fitted it has to be near 2000$ now. It is definitely the thing I enjoy the most out of all material stuff.

    Real estate is still always a good option, it's something that will always be needed and with a correct location will only go up in price, so even if you have to pay that back to the bank and "lose" some in interest it's still completely worth it!
