    According to "The Guardian" in June 2012 - TOKYO is the most expensive city in the world with Luanda in Angola coming second, caused by an oil Bonanza due to oil sales to China. Huh ! I would rather be ripped off any day in Tokyo than live in Luanda.

    London and New York are way below the top 10 - Surprise, surprise !
