Hello, What is the "Minus 30 Penalty" ? ive heard it in some threads, and know it can lower your webpage/website rankings.... Can somebody please explain what it is, in detail, but also in simple terms... What causes it? How can you avoid it? Are there any mistakes NOT to make for new sites, to avoid it?
