    But sometimes for Indian account why its auto withdraw is done even if we have balance less than 10$, I would say auto withdraw is different amount than thsi one?

    Yes you are right there. For indian account manual withdrawal minimum amount is $10 but for auto withdrawal there is no minimum withdrawal amount.

    You can withdraw if you have $68 because minimum limit is $10 I think. If not, then better contact them asap and discuss the matter please. Thanks.

    You shouldn't have any problems requesting to withdraw $68 from your U.S. Paypal account to your bank account unless the funds are being disputed. I advise you to call Paypal customer service to find out exactly why you cannot withdraw your funds into your bank account.

    Is your account all verified with no open disputes? Really you should be able to withdraw that sort of money fairly easy.
