    meta tags provides information about web-page and generally used for buliding indices by few search engines.it is not affected by display of page instead it only concerns with information about website

    The Meta Tag are the set of tags in the header that lets the search engines know what keywords the page is targetting, things like meta name="keywords" and meta name="description" are example of meta tags
