On ads, a couple of $$... On online auctions... well, $70 on profit from selling a computer (got $70 more than I've payed for computer and fees...). So It's not much, but it's always something.

But dude cheating would not fetch you for long. May be it works out once but next time you wont have any one buying any thing from you. I think that if you are in a community and forum you will suffer any where else not much you are fre to do that. Ya some really great and reliable products with resale rights can get you what you expect for sure.
Mine is now $3,000. I'm trying to get to the point where that's what I average a day, though my chain of online businesses.
