CPC is limited by advertisers and a percentage of each click that Google gets... so I can't say that's infinity. Average range of CPC is probably .05cents-.50cents/click... depending on the niche and traffic. To get paid, you need to have a minimum unpaid balance of $100. Google then issues a check and you go through the process of cashing it.

There is a minimum amount of money you have to make before they send you a check and that amount is US$100. It is the minimum but there is no maximum in theory. Anything under $100 would be rollover to the following month.
its basically uncapped you can earn as much as you can, there is a limit on the initial cheque release which is $100 before you will get paid.
Thats the minimum payout. I dont think there is a limit. The guy who owns digg gets $250,000 a month (or so ive been told) from adsense.
