Feedback What is the main BST section for?

    Hello everybody,
    I was wondering what the main BST section is for. I posted an ebook in the main section rather than the ebooks section and got an infraction. Yes, I think I may have deserved it. But, I got really confused, the main BST contains all kinds of threads like ebooks, scripts and others. Do mods move all those into relative categories and give infractions to their authors? Because I see ebooks, days old in that section and they seem to be sticking there.

    Not that I am objecting to anything, just confused regarding the reason for my infraction, since their are tons of ebooks in the main BST section as well as other stuff. After I got an infraction, I thought we should post in main BST only if there was no relevant category, but if you look at the main BST, this doesn't seem to be the case.

    If anyone could shed some light here, I'd be thankful.
