I found at great link value calculator for any website. They do it on Alexa, Page Rank, Traffic, etc - e.g. it calculates a link from digital forum would be worth $2,210 a month (Not badly done digital point). What does a link to your page rank? Results should definetly not be used when considering how much to pay and/or sell a text link. There are so many other variables that this tool is unable to evaluate such as traffic (Alexa is worthless), ad placement, and how well ads are targeted.
Well i don't think we can have a fair valuation with automated site valuations. the site estimate an Ad at yahoo.com as $31,000 but i don't think it would happen in real. i have seen another tool like this in seochat.com.
