Do search engines have a limit to the amount of keywords you can have and if so how many is that? Thanks for your reply's in advance
no but keyword stuffing will screw you over... its a game as old as the search engines and they dont like it never mindi the fact that matt cutts ahs also said it pretty much doenst matter anymore for google
Btw. just in case you didn't know, meta keywords have absolutely no relevance in the eyes of Google - their spider just don't look at this tag and that's it. (This information was released by Google itself a while ago).
You can target as many keywords as you want as long as it doesnt look like spam or keyword stuffing to the real human visitor perception range.
search engine not have such type of limit in keyword. he only analyse keyword and look what people want. For e.g. The word Gadget and Tech Gadget both of this related to same website. But search engine look which keyword people want to search. If people more probably search for tech gadget then search engine keep them top of the search engine. That how the keyword term works.
well it depend on where you will put those keywords, for example a blog post may consist of tons of keywords without having problem with SE's, while meta keywords stuffing may affect your ranking.
Just vary the anchor text when you're building your backlinks. A variety of anchor texts is more natural aswell.
