I watched The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor 6 days ago.

It totally wasn't I expected. For me it's so-so movie. I would recommend it but don't expect much.

Saw 'Following' by Chris Nolan, 'woman In The Dunes' by Teshigahara and 'Sukuyaki Western Django' by Takashi Miike. Especially liked 'Following', go watch it if you're Nolan fan. And if you like Quentin tarantino on screen, try 'Sukiyaki Western Django', he's hilarious! :)

It's classic. one of those ones where I could watch it countless times (and probably already have) and not get sick of it

"StarShip Troopers" 3... I little cheesy with the religious overtones, but overall a pretty good flick!

The special effects are a bit lax this time around, but I would guess that is a money thing. Personally I like those movies. I thought they were pretty well laid out and have a really cool space movie of the 50's genre' feel to them.

watched The Mummy 3 last weekend... I love Brendan Fraser, Jet Li, and Michelle Yeoh, but the movie was a disaster compared to the two Mummy movies...

just watched a part of 12 Angry Men earlier.. I think I'm gonna watch the whole film again some time soon...

I just saw the Dark Knight and that was a really great movie. As well I saw Wanted. Wanted is a good movie if you like very violent and sadistic movies. The ending was good though.

Edit: Starship Troopers 2 was pretty bad and I would not recommend watching it. The whole thing takes place inside a building:rolleyes:

    Dudette! You have no idea how bad my conn is this week; {I think the only thing worse would be, not having one!}

    a) it's dial-up
    b) it disconnects every 5-15 mins (WITHOUT exception)
    c) it times out on nearly every page (including DP...moreso on DP than anywhere else)
    d) it's 14-24kbps
    e) it's not a steady 24 either, it comes and goes (in fact if I get an email over 100K it WILL NOT retreive it)...I have to log into yahoo (AT&T) and delete it manually with the html version of my mail, and that can take as long as an hour to accomplish
    f) avg. load time for a normal html page (without images) is 4 mins
    g) I have to refresh nearly every page 8-10 times before it loads (most if not all DP pages will not load all the way)
    h) it's PMOBT!!!!!!!!!!!! (P****** Me Off Big Time)

to your wifi issue...invest in a PCI (the little slot on the side of your laptop) WiFi range extender (like $40 @ Best Buy). Mine is a D-link and it's worth every penny. It give you 20-50% better signal than your normal built in wifi.

Give you a for instance. At home I can only see 3-4 other wifi networks in my neighborhood with the built in, I can see as many as 9 with the range extender!!

OT: haven't watched many movies on vaca, on a serious DSC diet :D:D
