Yeah, it really just destroyed all hope of me every paying for a first run feature again!

I've got a large enough system at home and decent enough sound that I really do not have to go to the theater...

Plus, I found that you can buy coconut oil at the grocery store, then pour about a couple of teaspoons of celery salt in the oil, pop your own pop corn at home the old fashioned way and have it actually taste like it used to...

    For those that remember anyway.

damn, I love that CD

I think a lot can be said for home systems over theaters now. me & the mrs 9/10 go to a matinées and it's still like $6.50!!

The cost of the film is nothing IMO.. The mats here are like $6 or so as well. The expense is the popcorn and soda, which I have to get or it does not feel like a movie... Those costs are nuts, but then again, the movie house has to make money some how.

The nice thing about the home systems are I don't have to sit next to some fat bastard that smells like crouch rot and armpits. That and I don't have to worry about the ass with the big hat and head that purposely sits in front of you when there are 50 other seats open. And the phucktard that sits behind you and kicks your sit or puts their feet up on the back of your seat.

You should really be aloud to smack the crap out of some people in the theater.

My wife, yes, the damned Junior Mints.. I hate those things. The RC, awesome! the poppers, hell yeah! Bud? I tend to go for the 20 pack.

We snuck a case in when we went to see "The Perfect Storm" a few years back. Thank God we did, that movie sucked donkey dong!

Last movie I saw in the theater was Harold & Kumar II weekend before. It's great. Maybe not quite as good as the first but great nonetheless.

Last movie I saw at home was a documentary on NYC last night.

Aww..crap.. there was an extra scene? Dang! In Indian cinema halls there is something close to a stampede that happens just when the credits start rolling...
