I know there are two kinds of ip-addresses for a computer connected in LAN. One is the LAN ip address such as 192.168.1.2 and the other is the global ip address of the router or modem.

Now i want to know what is the ip-address of this computer in LAN. I mean how do i reach one of this computer within the LAN network from the outside world ?

Suppose i install a remote desktop sharing tool like TIGHT VNC in a computer in LAN then what would be the ipaddress of that single computer and how do i find out if i have access to that single computer within the LAN network from outside??

Please answer whatever you think. Sorry if this is the wrong forum but i could not find other place to post this.
    Bye. Good DAY.

I didnt understand your question completely. I have answered as far as I have understand

In order to connect with another computer you have to know his ISP's IP address i.e. in ur case global IP address and simply put it in remote desktop sharing software and u might get connected with that person's PC.

It is called port forwarding. Do a search on it and I am sure you will find all the information you need to configure it.
