    Hi sorry your question is not answerable as-is.

    Almost all forums use some CSS now. However, are you talking about a forum with a CSS design, or a forum where the topic is CSS design?

    Also, google does not provide any archiving service that I'm aware of. Are you asking why you would want to be indexed, or arre you asking a question about the google cache?

    I think the OP is referring to the Google cache. Frankly, I wouldn't worry about it. Just design your Web site and make it as easy to find, easy to access, and easy to use for your users as you possibly can. :)
