It depends on how much and what type of editing you want to do?
I can do it for 15$ if it is very small and can be done in hour or so...

Generally you want to avoid passing this type of thing to a web design company as a one off piece of work as a few minutes work will typically be billed as an hour or more because of the time taken to create invoices, update balance sheets etc just mean it isnt cost effective to do jobs less than an hour or two in length.

Many web designers do offer a maintance package however where you pay a fixed amount per month and get X hours of minor changes but it is on a "use it or lose it" basis - they frequently will also charge a lower rate for this too (we charge £25/hr -v- our normal junior rate of £35) but any hours above the contract revert to full price

A freelancer may also be an option and very cheap but make sure you keep backups etc in case things go wrong.
