What is the Highest PayPer free signup Adult program?

    Hey..

    Looking for free signup affiliate CPA deals.
    How high can I get from the FIRST SIGNUP and on?
    (not up to $XX).. from 1st base.

    * I will engage PPC, so programs that Allow that are needed, and ofcourse because there will be money spent, I need a program with PROVEN credibility, and 1 that pays well / in time.

    ** All will be legit.
