What is the google PageRank update?

hi guys!
i have own web page,its simple but i'd like it to be shared to as many visitors as it possible, here it is akazva.googlepages.com how to make it?, can you bring an idea?
and also trying to understand what is an update for PageRank.?

Without wanting to be too long-winded PageRank (PR) is a measure of 'how important' your page is to Google. It works on a scale of 0 - 10, with PR0 being the least important and PR10 being the most important. In simple terms the more backlinks your site has, the higher PR it can achieve (actually more complicated than that, but that'll do for the moment).

Here is what Google say about PageRank
It's happening all the time but Google used to export this information every 3 months and that's what people mean when saying PR update.

 

PR more high website more important.

If you dont already know what a pagerank update is, I would advise not to learn about it. You'll only get annoyed when they never update it!

 

And after you learn the pagerank update, surely you will keep track on when will be the next PR update.
