For buying already parked domains with traffic and revenue? Is the standard 12 months revenue applicable to domains making revenue from parking or we looking longer term here?

No in most cases it can be 12 months. But then also if the domain name is a premium one then there are other factors to be taken into consideration.

I think its anything from 12-60 mths....average. Sometimes more or less.

But I think its better to research very, very thoroughly before parting with your cash or domain. Nowadays PPC companies pay very little for a click...rates like $0.02 or $0.03 are all the rage. Who's to say what will happen in 2 years time?

It tends to vary with risk and expected traffic levels as well. If the name is TM infringing or risky in some way then you may get far lower multiples. if it is generic and you have stats for 3 years and they haven't changed you can probably get a lot more years worth of revenue. All depends on the name and data available.

What do you mean by TM infringing? Are we talking about typo domains or?

I appreciate it guys, I'm new and trying to find info before going broke buying worthless domains.
