What is the frequency with which you add new content?

    If you add content daily, it's great! But, if you can even add content 2-3 times/week, it'd be enough... However, it's more important to build links from forums and blog comments to the content that you create.

    Do consider bookmarking each new post you create too! Hope it helps :)
