I want to know which of the known hosting companies have the fastest servers
so the hosted sites will have fastest loading
Please give me known and famous company names not your company
e.g: godaddy, bluehost, siteground (interested in it by the way) ...

what do you need the host for? are you offering people downloads? or just looking for page load speed? Most servers will load pages fairly quickly, download speeds differ in terms of distance.

If you want to test only these big companies you can use some of many speed tests tools. It will say you more then personal experience because you can compare exact numbers.

Why would you want to go with a big company? They all oversell, and if anyone actually reads a TOS before they agree to it, you'd be surprised what you can do, just about nothing.

SiteGround, no offense just to tell you though. I've had some bad experiences with their hosting, especially in my ability to never get a accurate response on the first response, always the third or fourth.

I used to work for Aplus.net and they seemed to think their dedicated severs were amazing. Their competitors were ServerBeach.com and Rackspace.com

Interesting thread, I would like to know of some high end sever companies...

But before you jump in for famous webhostings, just browse around learning what the site supports and what it doesn't. GoDaddy for example gives an excellent UI for the customers. But the sad part is none of it is customizable without haggling around with the files. Eg. url redirection, gdforms, file view permissions to name a few.

    Using this speed test http://www.selfseo.com/website_speed_test.php

One of my sites on hostgator has this speed:
    Page Size: 26.75 KB
    Load Time: 0.25 seconds

One of my sites on ixwebhosting has this speed:
    Page Size: 39.13 KB
    Load Time: 0.49 seconds

One of my sites on lunarpages has this speed:
    Page Size: 17.8 KB
    Load Time:0.9 seconds

I don't know how reliable that speed test site is though.
