Video tutorials are helpful, but if you want to learn Photoshop quickly, I'd suggest you find a decent interactive tutorial. You can find them at most Frye outlets or other computer/software retailers. You can also search online for low cost or free interactive tutorials.

I learned Photoshop years ago. It was harder to learn. Today, I use Youtube for tutorials to understand the updated Photoshop software.

I agree with everyone, just a simple google search, or YouTube search. Doing this with give you endless tutorials and videos of how to use photoshop. Also, using and playing with the program will also help you learn all the functions of Photoshop.
The very best resource I've found for learning Photoshop and other graphics software like it, is Lynda.com. It may seem a little expensive but it's well worth it. The instructors are all incredibly knowledgeable and they're also talented practitioners of their craft.
