What is the fastest way to get indexed into Google?

    I am sorry if this topic has already been covered... But I was wondering what is the fastest way to get indexed. I have heard not to submit the URL to google, because it can be "sandboxed" for months. So if that option is out, what is the best way to get into Google?

    I have heard about doing that before... But then a lot of people accuse you of spamming. It seems like anything you do these days is considered some form of spamming.
