Hi; I am thinking of spending my time to build a blog purposely for adsense. Can anyone tell me what is the evergreen niche? Meaning that, this niche would have its reader like forever. Thanks in advance. PS : I want to blog about what I like. But the problem is, nobody search the keyword
Keeping in mind a constant fan base, and Adsense, i suggest you go for Online Money Making. Saturation wont really affect you, just market it right. Btw, what do you want to blog about?

How to lose weight is the most hottest topic and in the future. You can see the statistic that the overweight people is growing everyday. Thus its a right time to blog about it.
MMO,HPK and loss weight. I wrote about mmo,but the traffic had being stagnant for more than 3 months (150uv/day), but no click at adsense (almost). That is the hardest part about mmo niche. Will try out hpk and maybe weight loss. (im obess and on diet now, loss 10kg in 8 days). Thanks for suggestion. PS : will somebody read my journey on diet ?
People are always going to eat, garden, exercise, buy tech goods etc - so make a recipe, gardening, weight loss, tech store blog. I'm sure there are hundreds of subjects such as these ! I'm sure there are things you like that you may not realise can be profitable, which may be a lot easier than trying to blog about a niche you know nothing about.
CasualNerd covered it well. Evergreen niches are anything that is popular year round and doesn't go out of style or go away. Some are: weight loss acne exercise gardening MMO credit repair get out of debt The broader you make the wider your audience. The more specific you make the higher quality of your viewers.
looking at that high paying niche list, it seems like mostly dwi or dui and attorney and lawyer keyword related, well the legal part. So, if you wrote a bunch of articles on these keywords, with good seo, would you quickly make some money?
i would say something that will constantly be updating and renewing, but always be popular. like cellphones for example
Health is high-paying and forever. Gardening is forever. Car repair is forever, but extremely competitive. Travel is forever, and even more competitive. Pick a niche that you would be happy doing five years from now, then get started and stick to it.
I would say the Evergreen niche is "How to succeed". People always want to succeed, both now and in the future.
