    For one way links, IMHO you need to provide very good content.

    If you're interested in buying 30-400 blog posts, it can be done for just a few dollars in bulk and I can recommend several depending on your needs. This has been my primary method of linkbuilding and I have been amazed at the results. PM me for recommendations if you are interested.
