and the dofollow vaule is the default value. So if there is nothing declared, it is going to be a link that is rel="dofollow"

You can then use internal linking to share that juice with other pages on your site, or SITES to pass the juice around. you can even point to your domain itself. that way it raises the entire site up. thats what will make your site look astablished or grow its link authority.

Nofollow doesnt pass any link juice at all. HOWEVER its ok to have some because it will look natural to google compared to having all dofollowlinks. nofollow will still help traffic wise, just not juice wise.
