Currently I use frontpage, design my landing page and upload it to my server where my website is. Is there an easier way to do there, where I can use a free website service or something?
Well if you have a domain and web hosting I would recommend setting up Wordpress. You can get hundreds of free themes and its quite easy to setup and use. If can write code on your own then I would recommend Adobe Dreamweaver.
@ Adnan959 - That's what I am trying to get around. I use frontpage and I have godaddy for my hosting, and I use lead impact for my ppv. So currently I have to design to landing page and upload it to my website on godaddy. I wanted to use a free website provider and just use that instead of my goaddy website. Do you have an idea here? @ nvidura - To answer your question. Click any advertisement banner you see on this page. When you click the banner, you will end up on a page. The page you are directed to is known as the "landing page". It is the page the webmaster indends you to land on when you click the link. PPV means Pay per view. In layman's terms this is just a pop up or pop under. If you want to see an example, go to www . blogtv . com, click the "live now" tab, then click "no thanks" at the top right, a pop under will appear under your browser. The advertiser is paying for that to appear on your computer. Lead Impact is a company that hosts PPVs. I hope this helps answer your question, if not feel free to PM me for more elaboration.
@jasonsluck last reply: so thats a good way of making money, You will get a definite amount of Dolors per visitor? @jasonsluck first question: If you want to upload anything to your server, i believe FileZilla is the best way of doing it. But you need to make sure if your server provides FTP access to the account you are logged in. If your page is not linking to lot of images, most of the free web sites have web interface to upload files.
If you use a free service you are at their mercy. Are you sure you want to do that with your landing page?
