The fastest for me would be via bank withdrawal. My Metrobank withdrawal took around 3 banking days to complete.
I don't think there a faster way other than someone sending you payment via western union. It's either withdraw through debit cards or via banks, both of which takes at least 24 hours to process.
well yeah thats true, but someone tried xoom, and they was able to send money to there friends here in the philippines.
