    I need a number of social share for my domain. Especially facebook. Is there any good way to make it easy to manage. You can suggest me both white hat and black hat way.

    White hat methods mostly involve around one thing - Content.
    The more awesome your content is the more chances are there for your post to go viral. The title, image and the sub title all matter a lot in making a post go viral. Videos are the easiest.
    I know black hat methods too but I am not sure whether we can discuss Black Hat stuff on this forum.

    you can curate content by looking for interesting articles from established sites then posting it on your blog. just make sure to properly credit your article source

    what you can do afterwards is to promote your curated article in order for it to get noticed/get shared

    There is no easy way as far as I know. You'll need to build a large following over time. Otherwise you can use Facebook ads to drive traffic; this will involve spending quite a bit of money to test and optimize.
