what is the DP's referral system?

    I don't think referral system got anything to do with anything except knowing the people you referred. Maybe some point or reputation.

    Correct me if I am wrong.

    Maybe you need to wait for about 1 hour for your statistics to update. If not, then you don't get anything for referring.
