If you are asking my experience it is crap and nothing :)

but According to the standard definitions...
A no follow code is a non-standard HTML attribute value used to tell search engines that when they find a particular link ,( a no follow link)it should not affect the ranking of the website in the search engine.

    it seems like this

    < a href="URL" rel="no-follow">WORD</ a >

Well, you could have just looked these terms up in a search engine, but in a nutshell, nofollow is an attribute google introduced to allow webmasters to tell them not to count a link as a 'vote', as described in their standard PageRank algorithm explanation - in layman's terms it's to tell them not to pass 'linkjuice'.
dofollow is just the opposite of that - you don't have to dofollow links, it's the natural state of a link that hasn't been nofollowed.
In essence, nofollow links won't help increase PageRank.

Do follow: Crawler crawls a website through a do follow link.
    Simply Bot's follow that link.

No Follow: Crawler doe't crawl a website through a no follow link.

Simply Bot's does't follow that link.

    That's not true.

Nofollow links are still crawled by search engines. The only difference is that they don't pass PR juice and they are not counted as backlinks by google. But other search engines still count them as backlinks. On the other hand, Dofollow links can pass PR juice..

Very succinct. And accurate. Although there is even some debate about whether google implements its own nofollow processes accurately.

You got it wrong Mr. Journey...
What i says through a nofollow link bot does't go to that site.
I did't say that bot does't crawl no follow links.
No follow links are crawled, but the websites/blogs which are getting no follow links ,are not sure that bot will go to them through a no follow link.

Google states that their engine takes "nofollow" literally and does not "follow" the link at all.
This is what i meant to say.

What the heck is this. People still discussing "Do Follow" "NO follow".
Google follow a "no follow" link but doesn't pass any PR and don't count it as a backlink.Thats is the basic and last thing about "no follow"
