There are many difference between the PR and Article-
1. In the article there is a "Author Bio" which describe the whole article and the PR there is no author bio.
2. Under articles we are enable to post self serving links but in the case of PR we don't do anything.
3. PR is the news about your topic on the contrary article is about your something new in your industry.
