    rel="no follow" tell search engines spider not to crawl a link
    rel="do follow" and truly there's no such link as do follow, its like just not using no follow

    Put simply don't go for NO Follow Links and Do go for do follow links. Above posters have posted what it means.

    Commenting on dofollow blog, you can get dofollow backlink. Use seo plug in for dofollow and you can see if any site is dofollow or nofollow.
