    Major difference is

    Verified pp accounts - No sending limit and high withdrawal limit
    Unverified pp accounts - Minimum sending as well as withdrawal limit

    Verification gives a feeling of genuineness to your buyers and so, it does help in furthering your online trades. This is the major difference in holding a verified Paypal account over a non-verified one.
