What is the difference between "The Web" & "Pages from the <Country Name>"

    Hi,

    Can any one give me proper reason about what is actual difference between
    "The Web" & "Pages from the <Country Name>".

    Example

    "The Web" and "Pages From the UK".

    who and where "Pages From UK" Result display ( Apart from manually click on "Pages from the UK" )

    One gives you websites from "The [entire] Web" and the other is giving you only what Google considers "Pages from the UK" or UK websites.

    One shows you all pages from the web, the other shows you all pages from a particular country.
