A while ago i was asking what is the cheapest dedi or vps on this forum....i found that rackspace.com is by far by far the cheapest cloud servers that will give everything a dedi will give and it is cheap for the time being, then i'll get cdn next year, if u go over here

    http://www.rackspace.com/cloud/cloud_hosting_products/servers/pricing/

u see that they are offering windows servers, linux servers or red hat servers...windows servers suck....i know that red hat is linux......so what is the difference then?

I'm surprised extremely that you found RackSpace to be the cheapest, they tend to be the most expensive..

well, where exactly can i find cheaper than burst.net? I remember seeing some site which offers a decent vps with 1TB of bandwidth for 4$/m i forgot the website's name....I've never heard of burst.net before but i googled it. did you ever find any cheaper vps? I don't need cpanel, i know free onces, i basically can handle an unmanaged vps

What I'm saying is that if you go with a reseller of Burst.net, you're going to pay more than if you go with burst.net themselves, most likely.

by comparing the price of burst.net/linvps.shtml and micohosting.com/vps/ you could easily tell that micohosting.com is a reseller of burst.net

They were fine. I outgrew them. Had to move to my own servers.
