PR 0 means google has some data and determined that the site has no PR. PR NA means google doesn't have enough data to determine the site's PR
PR 0 means that the site has no Page Rank. PR N/A means Google doesn’t have enough data to determine the website’s Page Rank.

Hello Rommi The website which is indexed by the Goolge will have PR 0 as a least page rank (from the range 0-10) but if the web site which is banned, new or not indexed by the Google will show as PR – NA.
PR 0 means your site has indexed in Google and has little authority. PR 0 means your is not indexed and Google has not given any authority to it.
N/A means nothing and zero is a digit so if your site is already PR 0 then everything looks good just continue what you're doing until you reach 1.
