PR 0 means google has some data and determined that the site has no PR. PR NA means google doesn't have enough data to determine the site's PR

PR 0 means that the site has no Page Rank.
PR N/A means Google doesn’t have enough data to determine the website’s Page Rank.

PR 0 means your website is in Google database but because of quality back links or content does not not have any PR.On the other hand, PR NA means that because of some reasons website is not included in Google database.

    Hello

    Rommi

The website which is indexed by the Goolge will have PR 0 as a least page rank (from the range 0-10) but if the web site which is banned, new or not indexed by the Google will show as PR – NA.

PR 0 means your site has indexed in Google and has little authority.
PR 0 means your is not indexed and Google has not given any authority to it.

N/A means nothing and zero is a digit so if your site is already PR 0 then everything looks good just continue what you're doing until you reach 1.

PR N/A means that the website hasn't been assigned a Page Rank while PR 0 means the site doesn't have enough quality backlinks to have been given a higher Page Rank.
