    PPC = pay per click, where a company provide you mostly text banners, which shows ads in a text format, and when someone click in that, than only you get paid

    CPM = cost per impression, where a company provide you a graphic banner in most cases, no one has to really click in them in order for you to earn, all you need is unique traffic, and you earn every time a unique visitor comes to your site.

    Difference its your choice and traffic type which one works good for you, in PPC with just 1-2 click you might make same amount of money with what you earn in CPM with thousands of impressions

    PPC is cost per pay click.
    CPM is cost per 1000 impressions .

    It is advised to start off with ppc and once you begin getting quality targeted traffic from a quality source you can switch to CPM.

    PPC = pay per click
    CPM (M is roman numeral for 1000) = cost per 1000 impressions

    So when you are running a campaign, if you are paying for PPC traffic, you only spend money when someone clicks on your ads. With CPM traffic, you pay a set amount based on how many thousands of views you have. Generally, with cpm traffic, you can get really cheap clicks, BUT you need to make sure the traffic you are buying is extremely targeted or you can end up wasting a lot of money. With PPC, the traffic does not need to be as targeted because you are not paying by the impression, you only are spending money if they click.

    Different kinds of offers and products work better with cpm and ppc. You'll have to test a lot to figure out which works the best for you.
