A click is each time someone clicks on your ads. An impression is each time someone sees the ad.

PPC = Pay Per Click (when someone click on your ads you earn for each click) RATES: High for google adsense (.07 to 1.00 USD per click), other networks as clicksor, bidvertiser or adbrite the rates are (.01 to .03 per click)
CPM = Cost Per Mil Impression (it pays for 1000 impression and doesn't matter if people do not click on ads) RATES: 1.15 CPM (tribalfusion) another ad networks like xtendmedia or cpxinteractive you get 0.23 CPM.

    Regards
