    Hello Alisha,

I think you have got the answer. And what about the next step? Do you have a blog/website that is content rich and adhere to Google's Guidelines? Then you could start earning or concentrate to improve your blog to earn.:D

    Thanks.

You must have gmail account first then register for adsense account. Select that type of ads you want and copy the code then paste it in your site page where you want to view your ads.

I think what most of us can tell you about the Google algo is that its way too complicated to explain. Basically highly targetted keywords and the right ctr and ad copy as well as a million other factors go into what you pay for each ad. Hope that helps.

Keywords are depends on your niche. Take a look at my diamond blog, it's diamond related and I used the keyword "diamonds" on my channel. You can also use other high-paying keywords that is related to your theme. Try to use this tool to pick the best keyword for your site.

Also take note that how much traffic you can channel to your site also counts a lot. You might make more money sending traffic to a site with low payout keywords than sending a little traffic to a site high paying keywords.

For a beginner the rates of payment will likely be cents a day. You do need some quality not only in website content but also the grade of actual visitors to your site. When starting out with Adsense I would recommend that you use rectangle single adverts positioned high and centrally located on your wepage or top left-hand side. Skyscrapers and banners are statistically poor performers from what I know and keep in mind too that if you don't get any clicks on your ads but your website has high traffic numbers then you will still make money by the number of page impressions.

    Good Luck!

Make it simple, if you join google as advertiser, then it is call adwords. However, if you join google as their publisher, then it call adsense

I'm pretty sure I use a standard mail account for my Adsense, not Gmail! The Adsense codes do not always work and I think there are limits to the number of ads or ad groups you can have on any one site. It stops people from going into overkill mode!
