What is the difference between a muslim and an islamist?

Islamist: The nice way of saying "terrorist"
Muslim: Someone who actually thinks that Islam is a religion of peace and attempts to make it such....a shame there are not more of these in the world.

an Islamist is different than a Muslim...you only listen to what the media tells you...I don't...I have lived in a Muslim country for 12 years bro you can't tell me which is which

Exactly my point, You say the exact same thing the mainstream media says (as you admit above), then claim i'm brainwashed by the mainstream media, when i'm saying something the mainstream media won't tell you

Yes & they are "brainwashed" as you put it.

Look at AGS he claims the main stream media brainwashers people too, yet his views match the medias on Iraq for example, but if you told him that he would say the media is reporting everything is going well in Iraq, whilst claiming he not "brainwashed"
