Indexing is a process while search engine spider crawl your web page, for google it's googlebot, for yahoo - yahoo slurp and bing bot for bing.
Cache is a saved copy of a page what search engine bot had been crawled.
And what is CHROLLING is still a question for me, maybe you mean crawling?

BTW it's nice when person promotes seo products and asks such a question :)

Crawling means where the search engine bots moves form web pages to web pages by following the links on the pages whereas Indexing is the result of successful crawling and Caching means where copies of web pages stored locally on your hard drive Internet or within a database search engine.
