I don't understand it. Why do people need virtual credit cards to verify their PayPal accounts? Since you've only got one chance with PayPal you may as well use a legitimate credit card, rather than a "virtual" one... Could someone enlighten me as to what I'm misunderstanding?
Many people donot have credit cards but have paypal account and certainly they like to raise all the limits of paypal account and so they buy VCC and get there PayPal account verified. Nothing more to understand brother!
Some chaps do not have a credit card/ have one but are afraid of using it/ want to use their accounts for nefarious purposes. Three reasons that I could come up with.
