What is the current SEO algorithm?

    I heard the current Google algorithm is Panda. Could you anyone explain me how that works?

    Panda is only a part, or one of the many Google algorithms. The Panda algorithm targets low-quality sites, ranking them low or taking them off the SERPs altogether.
