Well there are CPA networks and there are affiliate networks. They each work and charge differently. If you are inquiring for the sites in your sig that have art and such then you don't want a CPA network you want an affiliate network. They charge a set up fee and then usually 20 - 30% of whatever you pay affiliates. You'll need to set up a tracking pixel on your thank you page, provide affiliate banners and affiliate support. After you join the network you will have affiliates and the network pays them for you according to whatever commission structure you set up. Whatever your total payout to your affiliates is, the network gets paid 20 - 30% of that for a monthly maintenance fee.
