    sandbox mainly the data store of google in which spammy sites are get stored like recyclbin of pc.
    as we put unusful things in recyclebin same theory of google for sandbox.

    Purpose of the sandbox is to prevent new sites from ranking on the competitive keywords. They have to wait a while. Of course this is a step taken by google to prevent spam.

    Sandbox is very basic and means one thing. Your website has been completely de-indexed by google and no long appears within the search engine itself. Not just the SERPs but if you type in site:yourwebsitehere.com, you will not be able to find anything.
