put to your self one longterm goal which propably you will never be able to achieve it but it will genrate alot of short term goals which you will achieve them easily

me too had tough times but the most thing which helped me is group studying where i study with my freinds
and if there is female freinf life will be much easier you will love studying

donot look it as a problem
look it as a bless as you have alot of spare time to do what ever you want
